Fishing Charter Waivers

- At this time, we do not require a waiver to join a fishing charter with Fish N' Tales Charters

- A parent or guardian must be present at all times with a child under the age of 18.

Booking Policies

- Select a trip that is appropriate for your skill level and target fish species

- Select your date and place your deposit upon booking (You may book online or call to book)

- You may call to adjust your trip at any time.

- Trips include 6 guests and leave from Panama City, FL fishing inshore, offshore or both depending on seasonality, your trip type and desired fish species.

- Remaining balance is due on day of trip. We accept cash or you may charge the remaining balance on your credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

- All trips must be cancelled 3 days or further from your trip date in order to receive a refund on your deposit

- If you need to cancel within your cancellation window, you may reschedule, or cancel and forfeit your deposit.

- Although rare, double bookings may happen and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs to ensure you have a great time fishing Panama City, FL
